How the MP3 Downloads Work

In addition to the free tracks that we offer, songs and albums can be purchased by credit card or with your PayPal account. Once your transaction is completed, you will automatically receive an email from us* containing download link(s). Our audio files are high quality 256kbps (or better) non-DRM MP3s (compatible with any MP3 player). *These download instructions will be emailed to the address connected to your PayPal account. Please be sure to check both your inbox and junk mail folder, as this email is automatically generated and might be flagged as spam. All mp3 download sales are final. If you're having trouble downloading, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Shipping, including Timing + Prices

CD and vinyl orders are shipped via air mail from Toronto, Canada. Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email on the day your order is sent.

CDs are shipped in bubble-pack envelopes, and vinyl is shipped inside corrugated cardboard.

Shipping prices are included in the CD and vinyl prices (no surprises!).

Exchanges on CD + Vinyl Purchases

CDs and vinyl may be exchanged within 30 days of our shipping date if the item was damaged when you received it, or if it is defective. In either case, we can exchange the item for the same title.

To make an exchange, please contact us using the subject "exchange request", and include the following info:
• your name
• order date
• the Invoice ID emailed to you by PayPal
• name of the item to be exchanged
• the reason for exchange
We will then email you a Return Authorization Number, along with instructions on how you can send the item(s) back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of sending items back to us, including customs fees (if any).
